The majority of our work is in South East Cornwall but also work impact and programmes ripple across Cornwall and Plymouth. Real Pathways is part of Real Ideas which is a CIC championing social change and supporting individuals, communities, and businesses. Real Pathways is a place where people of all ages can come together to find support, develop new skills, and connect with others in meaningful ways.

Liskeard Library: A Community Library with a Difference
As the proud custodians of Liskeard Library, we are committed to offering all the traditional library services you expect, along with so much more. Our library is a gateway to knowledge and creativity, where visitors can explore our library of books, digital resources, and quiet spaces to read, research, or reflect. We also provide community services like printing, free internet access, and digital inclusion support, helping ensure everyone has the tools they need in today’s connected world.

Programs to Support Growth, Wellbeing & Opportunity
Real Pathways has a proven track record over the last 14 years of delivering a range of programs designed to support people at different stages of their personal and professional journeys: We have make a huge impact over the last 14 years delivering on a number of large employability and skills programmes for young poeple in Cornwall and continue work in this space.

• Youth and Career Development: Programs like YEP and Digital Pathways empower young people with the skills and confidence to explore career, education, and training opportunities. From CV writing workshops to digital skills training, we help young people take the next step towards their future.
• Digital Skills and Inclusion: Our Digital Natives program and digital skills workshops introduce participants of all ages to essential tech skills, from content creation and VR to digital marketing. We also offer digital inclusion sessions to help the community access essential online resources and tech.
• Creative Exploration and Wellbeing: Through creative activities like 360-degree filmmaking, virtual reality experiences,personnal development workshops, creative writing sessions, we provide opportunities for people to explore new interests, build confidence, and nurture creative practice and ideas.
