Join us for a special edition of the “Live and Later” Open Mic Poetry Night at Liskeard Library, celebrating the theme “We Are of This Place.” This event is part of the Looe Valleys Festival, a celebration of community, heritage, and the environment in the stunning Looe Valleys region.
Event Highlights:
This special edition of Live and Later will see us enjoy an evening of spoken word and poetry written to the theme of ‘We Are of This Place’ with performances of poems which were entered into a poetry competition as part of Simon Armitage’s recent Laureate Library Tour. Poems will be read by the poets themselves. Tickets £3. Pre-event dinner also available by advance booking only.
