At Real Pathways, we believe in supporting individuals on their journey to finding meaningful and rewarding employment. We offer a range of employment-focused programmes and activities designed to help individuals explore their interests and create pathways to take the next steps.
We work with individuals to identify goals, explore options and provide guidance on the skills and entry routes required for current and future job roles. We offer a range of career exploration opportunities and activities, including 121 progression sessions and group sessions.
We also provide support for individuals who are looking to upskill or reskill in their chosen field. We offer a range of skills development programmes and activities designed to help individuals gain the knowledge and expertise required for their chosen careers.

Digital Natives is a 6 week programme with additional 1-1 career support. It is for people who are 18+ and interested in developing their existing digital skills. It will focus on creative digital skills, alongside essential digital skills for the modern workplace.
